If the time limit has expired, your order will be considered canceled and you must reorder if you want to continue the purchase process. 

In the event that you have completed the payment, then you will receive an order receipt or itinerary that explains detailed information, terms and conditions related to tourism activities or outbound or car rental or other travel products that you purchase.

Cancellation and Refund

In connection with you having purchased a product at Berangkat.id, you are deemed to have understood, accepted and agreed to the cancellation policy and conditions.
