- The price of this tour package is for Open Trip of at least 2 (two) participants.
- Purchase, booking & repayment at least 1 (one) week before the date of departure.
- Items to be brought by participants: sun block, jacket, raincoat, change of clothes, sufficient cash.
- Especially for Group Tour must make full payment after the agreement process.
- If the weather is not favorable to carry out activities according to the package, participants cannot claim a refund.
- The itinerary is not binding and can be changed at any time according to weather conditions in the field.
- Information regarding tour leaders and other technicalities will be provided no later than 1 (one) day before departure.
- This package is not permitted for pregnant women.
More Information:
1. Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so as to delay the itinerary from the specified time and make inconvenience to other participants, the late participants are considered to have resigned and can refund.
2. Participants must provide detailed information about pick-up information, full name, contact information, and other necessary information.
3. Make sure the participants are fit & healthy.
4. Participants must obey the rules of travel and always follow the instructions of the tour guide / tour leader.
5. The tour leader has the right to ask the participant to leave the group (group) if the participant makes a riot / disturbance to the group or is considered detrimental to other parties. In this case, the participant must arrange the next trip by himself, and cannot refund the services that have not been or not used.
6. Cancelations and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider as indicated on the order note and itinerary.
